The text of the referenced standards is copyrighted by their publishers and is not included, quoted at length or reproduced in any product. Nothing on this site is legal or regulatory advice; scheme rules, national implementations and your own certificate conditions take precedence.
Consumer dispute resolution
These products are sold to businesses. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Where business contact details come from
If we wrote to your company without you contacting us first, the address came from a public certification register that lists certificate holders and their expiry dates, and the message named that register. We rely on legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) for that contact, and a single reply saying you do not want further messages is enough: the address is added to a suppression list and is not written to again.
